Shipping Policy

SHIPPING.  Online orders may be shipped to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge.  We do not currently ship orders outside the United States. We do not ship orders to APO/FPO addresses.

Orders ship on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding government-recognized holidays.

We do not currently ship orders on weekends. 

For our Express service (e. g. 2-Day or next business day arrival), your order must be completed before noon Central Time in order for it to ship the same day (subject to available inventory).

Items not allowed by law to be shipped by air freight will automatically be converted to standard shipping for delivery. Orders requesting standard shipping methods will typically ship within 2 business days.

Orders usually arrive at the destination within 5-7 business days, but actual shipping times vary.  

We do not currently offer gift packaging. 

Delays may result if you provide us inaccurate or incomplete billing or shipping information.  We are not liable for late or lost deliveries; please contact the shipping carrier to resolve any credits or adjustments related to delivery problems.  THE RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR ALL ITEMS PASSES TO YOU WHEN WE DELIVER THE ITEM TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER, REGARDLESS OF WHICH PARTY PAYS THE SHIPPING CHARGES.  You must report items that are damaged or missing within 10 days of delivery. 

Except for the free-shipping promotion for orders over $100 and less than 15lbs, all shipping costs and charges to return items are your responsibility. 

Shipping costs are based on the actual weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, according to shipping tables provided by UPS, USPS, or other carrier applicable to your order. 

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process, once the shipping destination is entered. 

For any orders shipped “over the road” by common freight carrier, a customer solutions team member will contact you to arrange for the delivery of your order. Freight-carrier deliveries require an adult to accept and sign for the delivery.

FREE SHIPPING: Not all items are eligible for free shipping. Items not eligible for free shipping are noted as such in check out. Free shipping is currently for orders over $100 (not including sales tax) and weighing 15lbs or less. 

HANDLING FEE: Please note a handling fee of $6 will be charged for orders that qualify for free shipping.
